Refund Policy
Effective October 24, 2026. Operator: The Conjuring House LLC. Questions and requests: billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com.
1. Night Pass ($4.99)
- If we cancel a broadcast before its scheduled start, we automatically refund every Night Pass bought for that night in full. You do not need to ask. Complimentary passes for that night end.
- If a significant service failure (for example a camera outage, a technical problem or an early finish that makes a large part of a broadcast unusable) affects a broadcast that has already started, you may ask for a refund. Refunds for service failures are not automatic: we consider each request case by case and may give a full or partial refund. Uninterrupted streaming is not guaranteed (see section 3 of the Terms).
- Broadcasts may occasionally be delayed, shortened or canceled for equipment problems, maintenance, safety or unforeseen circumstances (see section 3 of the Terms). Significant service failures are covered by this policy.
- Otherwise a Night Pass is generally non-refundable once access begins, which is when the broadcast for that night starts, except as described above or where the law requires a refund.
- If your payment arrives after a night has been canceled or ended, or is otherwise not valid, we do not give access and we refund it automatically.
2. Monthly Membership ($14.99 per month)
- You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid period unless we end your account for cause. We do not automatically refund or prorate the current month when you cancel, subject to applicable law.
- If a renewal payment fails, access ends when the paid period ends.
- If we cancel one broadcast, your membership is not changed and no refund is made automatically. Multiple canceled broadcasts, or a significant service failure, may qualify for a partial or full refund if you ask, at our discretion. A temporary outage that affects one camera generally does not qualify when the other feeds remain available. Send refund requests to billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com; we aim to respond within two business days. Your legal consumer rights always take precedence over this policy.
- What a refund does to your membership. A partial refund keeps your membership and access in place. A full refund of the current month ends the membership and your access immediately, and no further charges are made.
- If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period. If we end it for fraud or a serious violation of the Terms, no refund is required, except where the law requires one.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you used, through Stripe. How long your bank takes to show it is up to the bank, and we cannot promise a number of days. A full refund includes any sales tax charged on that payment.
4. Mistaken or duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, or by mistake, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the error. This does not limit any right you have under the law, or with your card issuer, to dispute a charge.
5. Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge. If you do dispute, access linked to the payment is suspended while the dispute is open. If the bank rules for you, access ends; if for us, it is restored where the night or period has not ended.
6. How to ask
Write to billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com with the email on your account, what you bought, and the date. We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds are issued by a person, and each one is recorded.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
