Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026. Operator: The Conjuring House LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company ("we", "us").
1. What House Live is
House Live lets approved members watch live camera feeds from inside the Conjuring House during scheduled broadcasts. There are four cameras: Well Room, Library, Main Bedroom and April's Bedroom. These Terms govern your use of House Live at conjuringhouseofficial.com/live and any account you hold with us. By creating an account, buying access or watching, you agree to them.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are by invitation only for now. You must give accurate information and keep your password and any sign-in codes private.
- Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy access. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
- One person per account. An account is for one individual. You may not share your sign-in or your access with anyone else, and you may not sell, rent or transfer an account or access.
- Suspension and ending. We may suspend or end an account for fraud, unauthorized sharing or resale, harassment, or other serious violations of these Terms, or because of a payment dispute on that account. For less serious issues we may send a warning first, but we are not required to. Section 9 and the Refund Policy say what happens to money already paid.
3. The broadcasts
- Schedule. Our regular broadcasts run Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM Eastern Time. All times on the site are Eastern. Broadcasts may occasionally be delayed, shortened, extended or canceled for equipment problems, maintenance, safety or unforeseen circumstances. For a permanent change to the regular schedule we will give active members at least 7 days' advance notice whenever reasonably possible. Changes appear on the site. Canceled broadcasts and significant service failures are handled under the Refund Policy.
- Last entry. New viewers cannot start watching during the final 10 minutes of a broadcast. People already watching can continue to the end.
- No guarantees. Cameras and the internet can fail. A camera may be offline, delayed, buffering or of poor quality without notice. We do not promise that any particular camera will be live for the whole broadcast, that anything will be seen or heard. You are buying access to livestream camera feeds: paranormal or supernatural activity is not guaranteed, and no particular event or experience is promised. The "Mark Activity" button records what a viewer reports; it is not a confirmed event.
- Delay. Video is delivered with a delay of several seconds, and may play behind live if you pause or rewind. Live feeds are not recordings you can keep.
- One viewing session. Playback is checked while you watch. A new player in the same browser replaces the old one, and viewing ends when your access ends or is revoked.
- The program is entertainment. It is not a safety, security or emergency service, and nothing on it is professional advice.
4. Buying access
- Night Pass: $4.99. Access to all four cameras for one chosen broadcast night (the House night runs from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM Eastern, so one pass covers that evening's broadcast). You can buy a pass for the next three scheduled nights. A pass is not valid for any other night and does not renew. Night Pass refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
- Monthly Membership: $14.99 per month. All four cameras during every scheduled broadcast. It renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give you 30 days' advance notice of any price increase, by email to your account address with instructions to cancel, plus any further notice or consent the law requires, before it applies to a renewal. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect. Before you subscribe we show the price ($14.99 per month), that it renews automatically every month, and how to cancel. You must confirm that you agree to the recurring charge, and we email you a confirmation of your membership with these terms and the cancellation instructions.
- Cancel anytime from your Billing page (it opens Stripe's customer portal) or by writing to billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com. You can cancel online whenever you like, without contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep access until then, unless we end your account for cause under section 2. We do not prorate partial months except as the Refund Policy says.
- Failed renewal. If a renewal payment fails, access ends when the period you paid for ends. There is no grace period. You can fix your card in the portal and resubscribe.
- Complimentary access may be granted or withdrawn by us.
- Sales tax. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add sales tax.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars.
- Mistaken charges and disputes. Tell us within 30 days if you were charged twice or by mistake (see the Refund Policy); this does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or under the law. If you dispute a charge with your bank, access linked to that payment is suspended while the dispute is open. Please contact us first at billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: download, record, screenshot, copy, reproduce or redistribute the feeds or any part of them, including by restreaming or sharing clips, without our prior written permission; share, resell or transfer your access; try to get around access checks, time limits or technical protections; use bots or scripts; harass other viewers or staff; or use House Live unlawfully. A violation can lead to suspension or ending of your account under section 2.
6. Our content and your license
The broadcasts, site, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to watch while your access is active. Anything you submit (such as an activity report) may be used by us to run and improve the service.
7. People on camera
Cameras operate inside a private home, and audio may be live. House Live broadcasts only while the monitored areas are empty of people. Cameras and microphones are turned off whenever guests, employees, investigators or other visitors are present in a monitored area, and they are turned on again only after the area has been cleared. Notices at the entrances tell people when the cameras and microphones may be in use. Video and audio from the empty areas may be broadcast live to paying subscribers, and recordings are kept for 7 days. If a person unexpectedly enters a monitored area, staff will promptly turn off the cameras and microphones and stop the affected broadcast until the person has left, so a feed may be interrupted.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used. It is part of these Terms.
9. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at jason@conjuringhouseofficial.com or billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com. We cancel any active subscription first. We keep payment and tax records as the law requires. We may suspend or end access as described in section 2. If we end a paid membership without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period. If we end it for fraud or a serious violation of these Terms, no refund is required, except where the law requires one. See also the Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limits
House Live is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, but only where the law allows that limit. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and the state and federal courts located in Rhode Island may hear disputes about them, in each case subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law or court rule that applies to you where you live. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive your right to bring or join a class action.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, email members. Questions about billing: billing@conjuringhouseofficial.com. General questions: jason@conjuringhouseofficial.com. Mailing address for legal notices: The Conjuring House LLC, 1677 Round Top Road, Harrisville, RI 02830. We give notices to you by email to your account address or on the site.
